What to check before you choose
Does the report match your AHJ?
Fire marshals may adopt a specific NFPA 96 edition. Ask the vendor which edition its report follows and whether you can add local fields and state license numbers. Our hood cleaning schedule guide covers the NFPA 96 intervals, tag rules and state licensing examples.
Reports only, or the whole business?
Report apps (HoodCleaningReport, Stampario, HoodStamp) sit alongside whatever you invoice with. All-in-ones (MyHoodClean, Smart Service, HoodOps) replace your scheduling and billing too.
Report limits
HoodCleaningReport caps reports per month by plan and sells packs, and Stampario’s free plan stops at 5 reports a month. Count your reports in a busy month before you choose.
